At Temple Infinity, we are committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring maximum quality packaging. We ship online paid orders the next working day and they are mostly delivered within 5–6 working days for non-customized orders and 5–9 working days for customized orders from the date of dispatch. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays during normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, BlueDart, and Delhivery, etc. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try to ship your items via Government-registered India Post, but we cannot guarantee the same.

For multiple-unit orders, the delivery charge is calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. However, there is no shipping charge for online paid orders within India. Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax) as per the Government of India, and we’re fully GST-compliant. Express delivery is provided for all online paid orders within 4–5 working days for major cities. Most orders are delivered within 5–6 working days from the dispatch date. In case of remote locations or areas where courier delivery is not possible, the recipient may be required to pick up the package from the nearest delivery center.

If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact us at admin@templeinfinity.com or +91 89259 89884, mentioning your Order ID. We will arrange a reverse pickup and provide a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. Please ensure all original tags and packaging remain intact for the return.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and Order ID at admin@templeinfinity.com within 30 minutes of purchase. If the order has already been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We issue refunds only if a replacement cannot be provided. Returned products will undergo a quality check, including packaging and accessories. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or any mutually agreed method. Refund timelines depend on your bank/card issuer.

All sales are final and products are non-returnable. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for defect-free products based on look, feel, shade variations, sound quality, or minor transit wear. Replacements are offered only for verified manufacturing defects or shipping damages with proper photo/video proof. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. If no defect is found, both ways shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
